PRELIMINARY SCHOLASTIC APTITUDE TEST (PSAT)/NATIONAL MERIT SCHOLARSHIP QUALIFYING TEST (NMSQT) GRADES 9, 10, 11 (OPTIONAL)

This preliminary version of the SAT is given to Freshman, Sophomores, and Juniors annually in October and March. These results are used as a resource in the student course planning process. Junior test results are also used in the selection of Merit Scholars Finalists and Commended students in the NMSQT program. All grade 9 and 10 students are provided the opportunity to participate in the PSAT at no charge to the student.
