SAT REASONING TEST (SAT)GRADES 11, 12

The SAT is designed to predict a high school student's readiness for college, and provide colleges with one common data point that can be used to compare all applicants.  The three components of the exam are reading, writing and language, and math.  Because the State of Connecticut adopted the SAT as its assessment for literacy and mathematics skills, all juniors will take the SAT in March.  Students may want to take the SAT more than once and should consult his/her school counselor.
